Just because I'm bored and it's late...

So I haven't been able to do much on my blog for the last few weeks, but now it's finally fixed so I'm going to catch up on a couple things...and because I'm bored and it's late at night. And now it's officially Wednesday, I'm going to do this from the last 2 weeks.

{one} how many times have you been a bridesmaid/maid of honor?
Twice, for my 2 best friends, Jessica and Elizabeth

{two} what’s the last thing your do before you fall asleep at night?
Check my Facebook...yes, I'm addicted.

{three} you just won your dream vacation, all expenses paid. where are you going?
Ireland. I would love to visit there and see all of the beautiful scenery! I would also have to make a stop in Washington state to visit there too :)

{four} what is your favorite outdoor activity?
Walking, hiking, taking pictures of scenery

{five} as a child, what did you want to “be when you grew up”? did you end up there?
I always wanted to be a teacher, and I kind of ended up there. I'm a daycare teacher :)

{six} what are 3 things your dream home would have that you don’t currently have?
A library, underground sprinklers, a super nice kitchen

{seven} what’s for dinner tonight?
Well it was sloppy joes, we already ate

{eight} if someone stopped by your house unannounced on a typical Saturday night, what would they find you doing?
Probably watching tv or a movie

{nine} what’s your average monthly water bill?
I really don't have an idea of that, my hubby takes care of all the bills. And it's combined with the rest of the city bills

{ten} what do you do to relax?
Read or go for a walk and listen to music
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
{one} what color best describes you + why?
Probably purple...it's bright and different, like I try to be most of the time!

{two} how have you changed in the past year?
I don't think I (myself) have changed much, but things in my life have changed a lot! We bought a house, moved to a small town, had to leave my job :( and now I'm looking for a new job.

{three} have you ever had any surgeries?
Nope

{four} why did you start your blog?
To express my love for books and hopefully let other people know about what I read and what I thought of those books! It's a lot of fun, even if not very many people read it :)

{five} what are you looking forward to this summer?
New Kids On The Block and Backstreet Boys concert!!!

{six} do you have any family traditions for the 4th of July?
We ALWAYS go to the parade and festivities in the small town near where my parents live! We go there in the morning for the parade, eat lunch with my grandparents, and go to the park for the craft fair and other stuff in the afternoon and fireworks at night! :) Although that will all change this year since my grandma left us, it will be hard, but we still want to go there...

{seven} what’s something new that you’ve tried in the past few months?
Strawberry cream cheese on bagels...ok, so it's not that NEW, but it's new to me and it's my new favorite snack!

{eight} what is the perfect a/c temperature?
Around 72

{nine} what was the last movie you saw in the theater?
Water for Elephants :) LOVE that movie!!!

{ten} what song do you think everyone should hear at least once?
River Flows in You by Yiruma, it's SO beautiful and peaceful :)

Something might be wrong with my Blog

So I think something is wrong with my account or my blog. A few people have told me that they try viewing my profile and it doesn't work, or it won't let them leave a comment on a post. Does anyone know how I can fix this, or if there is anything I can do? Cuz I feel like a loser since I haven't had anyone comment on anything for a few weeks... :(

I finished it in 3 days!

WOW!!! I literally JUST finished "I Am Number Four", and I'm left wondering a few things. There is a slight cliffhanger at the end, not the main point of the story, but a detail that is really leaving me hanging! I don't want to wait until August to read the next one, I want it NOW!!! :) I'm surprised, even after seeing the movie and knowing what happens, I still found myself biting my nails and nervous wondering what was going to happen while I was reading the book. It is a very good book!

Now I'll probably have to watch the movie again tomorrow :) I also have to decide what to read next...SO many choices!

I Am Number 4

So I only got a few pages into "City of Fallen Angels", then I decided that I really wanted to read "I Am Number 4". I just bought the movie a week ago and realized how much I wanted to watch it again, but thought maybe I should read the book first before I watch the movie again. I started it yesterday morning, and last night when I went to bed I stopped on page 180. It's a pretty awesome book, especially if you love the movie! I recommend it to everyone who likes dystopian type books/movies!

Dead Reckoning

Well I finished Dead Reckoning. Once again, it took longer than I expected :( I don't know if any of you read the Sookie Stackhouse series, so I don't want to ruin anything, but it will NOT disappoint! I'm a huge fan of Eric and Sookie as a couple, so I'm always sad when they aren't on good terms. But when they are on good terms, they are REALLY on good terms ;) I love it! Some pretty big things happen, which once again, I'm not going to spoil anything, but there is some major exitement! Those books are always too short, I'm used to other books I read being 450-600 pages, and the Sookie books are only 320 or so. I would love for those books to be longer! :) If you haven't read any of these books yet, you NEED to! :)

P.S. The 4th season of True Blood starts June 26th, I'm SUPER stoked for that to start! The 4th book is definitely my favorite, so I'm hoping the 4th season stays close to the book!

Now I have started reading City of Fallen Angels, the 4th book in the Mortal Instruments series!
